As part of my repair, my car needed a front end alignment. I was told by Cole if anything didn't feel right to call right away. I live about a mile from Gales and on the way home instantly noticed the car pulled to the right. I was very disappointed to get my car back, drive it and have the alignment not be correct. It seems that if the car would have been test driven this issue would have been caught and fixed. Now, I need to bring my car in, have it looked over, driven with someone in the car, determine if there is an issue and estsblish a plan. This is a huge waste of my time over something that I believe should have been caught and fixed before it was delivered. After I got home I looked closer at the repairs and noticed 3 dings/scratched on the body molding that goes around the window just above where the damage was fixed. I'm surprised and disappointed to find these as everything else in the area was fixed and looks beautiful. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Toni Koop. ****-****-xxxx

The good folks at Gales done a better job that I had hoped. They went above and beyond. My Silverado looked the same or better than the day I drove it from the dealership. Even the sweet girl at the front desk went well beyond the call of duty helping me with my rental and so many other items. This Jenny girl know what customer service is. All repairs appear to have been done well. Other than having my van in the shop for 3 days plus the weekend before work began on it, I was very satisfied with the repair.

The whole process was smoothly handled from the estimate to the finished repair. There were no hassles with my insurance company and communications were prompt and informative - including letting me know of a possible tire issue they noticed. The repair work was well done and my car was returned to me cleaner than I left it - inside and out. I was not expecting this and it was a nice surprise.
