Your employee Sean described to me a picture of seamless service. This didn't happen. One hand didn't seem to know what the other hand was doing. Part blame goes to insurance company, but some must go to Karch.

I hate to say but it's actually the most terrible experience I had with body shop. Karch Auto looks like a good body shop that's why I trust it and sent my car to be fixed here instead of other places. However, not to mention the terribly long time that i have to wait before getting my car fixed, tha quality of this repair was also out of my expectation. The scars on the car were barely fixed, the vw logo left by the accident was still there, and the scrach on the silver part of step board on the back, which their mechinician promised they could remove it without chaging a new one(I doubted that but they insist). The consequence was bad and i have wasted my time.

They did a good thorough job fixing the car. It was unfortunate about the weather because it took considerable longer than was expected, but I think they did the best they could.

Everyone was very nice and respectful my only beef was 3 days turned into 5 days. But I do got to say the work looks great! So if it’s gonna take a week just say it that way I can plan better to have a ride while mine is with you.

Communication on status updates were terrible and not timely. I had to call Karch and wait on hold for up to 15 min to speak to someone in a auto body shop.

The work looks great. Everyone was super and very nice. It was just a pain being w/o my car 4 a month. The company was nice enough 2 give me a loaner & a complimentary inspection which I greatly appreciated. So not unhappy w work or staff but it just took way too long for a variety of reasons I guess. So that is why I cannot say complete satisfaction.

The completion of the service repair and the collision repair took 9 full days and this was very different from what I was originally told. I would have made different arrangements if I had known I would be without a car for 9 days.
