Very professional and helpful, from phone to repair to pick up. There is a lovely, easy, accommodating culture in this business. I went out of my way to use MiCar for repairs and am so happy I did. Repairs are a nuisance, but they made the process extremely pleasant. I recommend ANYone in the Hampton Roads area to send any body work to this company, if your insurance allows. Thank you MiCar employees!!

They did a beyond amazing job. My car is beautiful and looks as if it's brand new even though it was made in 07. So very thankful they did the very best they could and they surpassed my expectations. Definitely 10/10.
