When I went to pick up the car at 8:35, the office was completely locked and had to look for quite sometime for the office person. I ended up missing my bus to work and was an hour late.

Enterprise experience not very pleasant huge minivan that had an awful smell of pet waste and maintainance light on. Excellent customer service idea with email updates and Joseph was professional and helpful a pleasure to deal with him. Again your connection with Enterprise needs improvement, of course when they gave me the huge vehicle they said"call me tomorrow to see if I have something else" and that would have been all on my time not theirs! Again excellent experience with the shop.
