The repairs themselves seem excellent. Our vehicle looks perfect and was immaculate. The only problems we had were related to lack of communication and confusion about completion date.

The repair of my car took a lot longer than expected, I signed up for email/text updates and never received any. After telling me my car wouldn't be ready for another few days totaling two weeks, I requested a car and before I knew it my car was ready for pick up. Just wondering if I should have asked for a car sooner.

My time is as valuable as anyone elses, even those at Whitten brothers. Being made to wait 30 minutes before someone could look at my vehicle, upon bringing it in for my appointment, was inexcusable. Being treated as a nuisance, rather than a paying customer, was also disappointing. Upon picking my vehicle up it had not been cleaned, inside or out, which I was told was SOP for the body shop. I had also asked that they look at the "tire needs air" light on the dash and see which tire needed air. I was told this would be done. It was not. When you were located on Research Rd. I got much better customer service and got the feeling that my patronage was appreciated.

I appreciate your daily updates about when the car would be ready. You were so expedient with your work that in the morning I received a text that the car would be ready on the 30th and in the afternoon I could pick it up. Way to go! Thanks for a job well done.
