Mike the collision supervisor has point blank lied about several factors in my repair. I have that in writing and recorded beyond any doubt. The repairs where not completed but as what was left off is simple and**** lawler has signed and agreed to ship me what I need to complete it so be it. There was service scheduled to be done recalls and radio issues that were never done and according to Ashley in the collision shop your service supervisor never attempted to set it up. I have this in writing also. It’s a shame I really enjoyed and liked this truck and this whole experience between Whitten and gieco has made me just to want to see it gone. The truck was brought to Whitten because of the experience I had at purchase from the Ashland Whitten. I see it was a mistake.
