Jeremiah **** lied to me on 12/28 stating that James Franco with State Farm declined to authorize diagnostic to see why rear tires were wearing uneven. I had told them when I dropped off vehicle on 12/21 that it was authorized so it sounded inaccurate to me. When I spoke to James same day he stated he left it up to the shop aka Jeremiah who stated the damage was unrelated to the “minor” accident and that my tire wear was due to defective tires. I also had a similar voicemail left by Jeremiah blaming it on tires and advising me it was a warrant related issue but reiterating that State Farm made the call. I know Jeremiah was lying because State Farm offered to approve the diagnostic based on prior approval as I stated on 12/21 and was going to contact him same day but they also offered to pay another shop which is what I opted to do as I couldn’t understand why Bill Knight would undermine my claim and refuse to diagnose all related issues and complete repairs as needed. A diagnostic would’ve determined if it was related to the accident which is all I asked. It would appear Bill Knight did not want to do the repairs, did not trust they could complete the repairs satisfactory or perhaps Jeremiah just didn’t like me as a customer for whatever reason. Regardless, I will NOT ever return and I will never promote this business and ensure those that are looking stay away as this was very concerning to me. I had NO concerns with Daniel, none whatsoever. Please don’t contact me as you can’t fix what he did or tried to do. I’ll let you handle your employee accordingly and will never forget his name. Rest assured the damage was determined to be related and was authorized to be repaired and Bill Knight lost revenue and a potential repeat customer. My only regret is not choosing a different repair shop from the beginning but I won’t make that mistake again.
It took a little bit to get the parts but the experience was a good one. I’ll most definitely use their services again if ever needed.

Schedules need to be set to when work on vehicle will be started shortly after. A customer should not have to wait additional days before work on their vehicle even starts. The paint people need to be more cleaner when painting so things don’t get caught in the paint and being stuck in the paint permanently. This impacts a persons vehicles value.
