I do miss the calming presence of the office area dog, whose role in passive comfort was helpful and appreciated. It made this local ( now regional) collesion center stand apart from others in the area. Of course the auto and administrative experts continue to excel...I am just saying the dog’s presence was an added bonus.

Your customer service rep Colleen reckner was very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing between the rental car company and the insurance company as well as making sure that the final product was done correctly. she identified that the inspection sticker was destroyed and brought it to the manager's attention right away. the shop make good in pain for a r e inspection of the vehicle. She also explained the aftercare details thoroughly. It was a pleasure dealing with her.
