Everyone and I mean every employee was knowledgeable, thorough and tried to hurry things through as much as they could. Randy was the mechanic,John,i just don't recall all the names but I was kept current on car,it was ready on time,no surprises. It was the best-operated business I've been to in a long time. After having a car accident it was nice to have everything taken care of. Thanks

I'm glad my car is in working order and I am satisfied with the work. I was slightly disappointed that it was documented my windows were washed and my car was vacuumed because it was obvious they had not. My kids left little remnants of french fries in the back seat and floor board and they were still there when I picked my car up. As a mom, I really don't know what it would be like to have a car without a french fry floating around so it really wasn't a big deal. I know the bigger issue was the exterior and functionality. It just left a little seed of doubt that if something simple could be documented and not done, maybe bigger issues could have been documented and not done also. I have faith that the major issues were taken care of with expertise. I'm sincerely grateful to the folks who fixed my car because where would a kids taxi be without a mom and her car

I WAS CALLED BY SOME RANDOM STRANGER ASKING IF I WANTED TO SELL MY CAR OR TRADE IT IN BASED ON THE SERVICE THAT I HAD AT CABLE DAHMER!!!!! I HADN'T EVEN PICKED IT UP YET!!!CALLER ID SHOWED "UNAVAILABLE". VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. WILL YOU DO ANYTHING? CALL ME AND ASK ME ABOUT IT? PROBABLY NOT. I ASKED WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR AND NO ONE KNEW ABOUT THIS. WHAT THE HELL?!!! YOU GUYS SELLING INFORMATION NOW?

I was rear ended by another vehicle so my experience was sudden and unexpected. Cable-Dahmer and Geico could not have been more prompt and courteous. Not one thing went wrong and I got my car back good as new. I very much appreciate the emails and texts keeping me up to date on the progress of my car. We are well pleased. Thank you!

My experience was very impersonal. The only communications I received during the repair of my car were automated messages sent to my phone. When I finally called to get a realistic expectation of when I would be able to get my car back there was a lot of confusion. When I was told it was ready and I was waiting at the dealership somebody dropped my car off at the front doors, left it running and I stood there for about 20 minutes waiting for somebody to tell me what to do with my rental car or explain to me what repairs on my car took place. I ended up leaving my keys to the rental with someone I don't know who and leaving with my car with no explanation from anyone.
