The time called to get an estimate from the great lady Terry to the lady Belinda that did our estimate was an excellent experience with great service and excellent customer service. Belinda always kept me posted the whole time. Terry also helped with car rental phone numbers and calling when we dropped off the car back to B and D. Friendly environment and always helpful and a job well done on my repair of my car. Returned cleaned inside and out and repairs were done to a excellent job.
