Thank you for the excellent repair job on my CRV.
I was so unnerved by the accident that I was not sure if I would drive my car again - my husband agreed to trade with me.
When I got behind the wheel and saw how beautifully my car had been restored, I decided that the CRV had protected me in the accident and I am back to driving- defensively, in my car.

The communication was lacking from the person in charge of my repair. I was told my car was ready, but when I got there to pick it up, someone came out with an additional part and said he could install it if I had 10 minutes. I have to bring the vehicle back because of a sensor malfunction, the car is pulling to the right and a loud sound at 50 mph. Obviously, my car was not ready to be picked up. I would suggest better communication on issues that arise during the repair process. I requested that my car be brought to Cockrell's because you have done good work for us in the past, but this experience has been disappointing.
