I am writing this review while waiting on roadside assistance to come start my vehicle, after getting it back from Service King yesterday and having the same problem in their parking lot.
Vehicle took three times the estimated repair time. Service King rarely (if ever) reached out to me with updates. After weeks of waiting I would have to call to get information, including finding out that my vehicle was finished. On more than one occasion the staff didn’t even know where my vehicle was. My point of contact constantly maintained an abrasive attitude, making it difficult to feel like my case was well managed. With regard to the work product, I have had to snap into place two panels that were incorrectly mounted, and the vehicle will not start. I am incredibly disappointed on all fronts.
