I picked up my car and notice a crack on the windshield. Showed it ti Tony who released the car to me. He said he will follow up with it but I have not heard anything from anyone. I was happy that the bumper eas fixed but not expecting to see the broken windshield. I expect a follow up soon.

My car now looks perfect! The person who assisted the most (Sorry, can't recall his name, he has red hair, lives in Tacoma, used to work for Audi) was VERY helpful. My only complaint is on Friday morning, I received a text & email from a front desk person informing me that my car was ready. So I walked 35 min. to get my car. But when I arrived, I was informed that my car was not ready, and that they tried to call me 5 min before I arrived. So, I had to walk back home, another 35 min. Then, Fri afternoon, I received another text, "your car is ready", and walked another 35 min to get my car.

Everything about the experience was great, except that the car was returned to me with a completely empty gas tank (I believe it was driven between the SLU and SODO locations). I was able to make it to a gas station without issue but would have been nice to have a heads up :)

I absolutely love the relationship they build with customers! They were fast, communicative, fair and understanding. My trunk was slightly off after the repair, but there’s a lifetime warranty on the work so if anything happens, I can take it back. They did everything in their power to make things right, otherwise. Its my second time using the services of Seattle Automotive, and I can say that you guys do a great job always. I seriously don’t have any thoughts about your work except for the updates that you guys send to customers to know when their cars are ready. I got to know that my car was ready after three hours it was actually ready. You might want to work on that or not.
