Your staff was excellent and highly cooperative. They were very service oriented especially the service advisor William Zrinsky. The body work appears perfect. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their service.
My vehicle damage occurred prior to the Christmas holiday in early December. Initial discussions with the body shop led me to believe we would be able to get the vehicle in before the holidays for the repairs but there was never any communication from the body shop or insurance company to the customer to move along the process after the body estimate was submitted for approval. Therefore the repairs to the vehicle were not completed until after the holidays when the customer initiated the repair again with the body shop. Shouldn't the body shop or insurance company be more proactive in getting the vehicle in for repair after the estimate was approved by the insurance company?
