The overall service was outstanding...from the Saturday scheduled appointment for the estimate, to the quality service of the scheduling of the rental car. The daily texts and updates was also greatly appreciated. All team members helped make a unpleasant collision conclude with a happy customer and a great looking car of course!

Parts supposed to be replaced were not. I was even told the head light was made that way. Not sure who makes a headlight assembly with a crack in it. Parts that were on car when arrived were missing. Sticky substance on vehicle dash. Not the experience I thought I was going to get at all. These were all things noticed in the 10 min. I have had to look at the car. I will do a lengthy inspection of the vehicle tomorrow. NOT HAPPY!
