I dealt with Jo at the beginning of the process who was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very good at communicating/texting with an update on a regular basis. Courtney was in constant verbal contact keeping us informed of our car’s progress. He also was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed with both of them!

I got a quote for my repair for $2274 and was told it would take 3 days to repair. I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance. After I dropped the car off, the next day I received a call the repair was going up to $2700 due to damages not seen during quote. I was told the mounting for the light was damaged and that was what the cause of the additional charge. The day my car was ready (6 days to repair instead of 3) I was told the cost had gone up again to $2994 due to a 3 step paint process they did not know about. I was told red can involve more more, Perry should have known this during the estimate phase. I mentioned this to Courtney, and he took $100 off the bill to bring it to $2884. I feel that they put the screws to me because I was paying out of pocket. I mentioned my feeling this to Courtney, and he assured me that that was not the case. I am not at all satisfied in what this repair cost and the manner in which it escalated. Repair looks good, but I can’t help feeling I got raked over the coals: repair cost more and took longer to complete than I was told at estimate phase.

It seems that the body work and paint is satisfactory however the inside of the car was completely covered with a light dust even the glove compartment had a light coating of dustThe compartment in the back of the car was covered in a light dust also I think all of it will vacuum out easily if not I will get in touch with you

I appreciate everything that was done the only complaint I had is when I was told the car would be done on Friday and I reached out on Friday after trying to get information a few times I didn't get a response until late on Friday afternoon after I was told on Thursday somebody would call on Friday. Its just the fact that I needed to coordinate picking up my car with my job and couldn't get correct info and left hanging on Friday. Outside of that everything else was great
