My vehicle was not repaired, as promised on Saturday, June 29. Upon my request to test drive the car before me accepting it, it was discovered and confirmed- very loud knocking noises were heard in the front of the car. I was very disappointed.Additionally, my interior leather had grease stains in the back and the front.
I fully expect Service King to make things right. This car is practically brand new with only 15,000 miles on it. I’m convinced, based on the service I have experienced from Service King over the past four weeks, this repair is beyond Service Kings capabilities.

Car was filthy inside. Greasy smudges on seats, doors, panels, etc. Found some broken pieces left on floor even. Some panels were not properly attached, they were loose and not lined up, one was missing a clip even. An access panel on the rear lift gate had been removed and lost. One is being ordered to replace it. The old wheel and seatbelts were in boxes in the rear of the vehicle. Kellie helped by cleaning off seats, etc. However, it was not an acceptable way to receive a “finished” vehicle by any stretch.
