Time line to fix the repair was to long and the type of repairs that were neglected to be fixed especially the main reason it was brought in and the blame was passed on because of the age of the vehicle I feel that the representative should have been more thorough with the diagnostic and been more clear with the insurance adjuster on what repairs needed to be done she of a vehicle is not a reason to neglect the integrity of the vehicle it was very low mileage and well maintained o have more mechanical issues after taking it to the repair shop then I did going in and after a month long of repair it should have been all fixed now I have to take it to a different shop and spend even more time and money

I will always use you service. The car looks new. And it didn't take as long as I thought it would. And everyone there was nice and kind. Answer all my question. And even took out time to check the engine light again. Told me what to do and if I needed to come back they would help with it. Great people and service. Thanks a lot.

That is really a lack of communication. They had my vehicle in their shop that I use to make a living. I drive Uber and wanted to be informed along the way. This happened more towards the end. It seems like the repairs were done well.

Service King provided text messages daily to inform the owner of current repair status. The Staff was very polite and respectful. The vehicle was repaired correctly and a few other issues were fixed that may or may not have been done by the collision. So far couldn’t be more pleased with the work perferance.
