It took over a week to enter my vechical into Service Kings system. The vehicle was not ready when I picked it up. The headlight was lose. The name plate was missing and the mud flat was missing which I had to make two separate trips to get installed. The hours of operation are from 7 to 6. However i was told the techs only work from 8 to 4 and take lunch at 12. As a result the two trips had to be taken during my work hours. In summary the lead time is too long and there is a lack of attention to detail on repairs. Issues were told to multiple employees... they only thanked me for my patience.

Over priced and late delivery after communicating up to the next to last day that it was on schedule. 3 weeks total(really). As you may remember we had another vehicle needing to get fixed. Your delay on my escape made me decide to get another quotation. Your quote was 2023.78. Your competition quoted 601.17. Now that is a huge difference. Rip offs always get caught and soon fold up when the community learns. Facebook is my next stop. I have many local followers. Your competition has ordered parts for my Edge and stated they will fix in one day. I guess you know who will receive my future business. BTW, my muffler is obviously loose and is much louder than before. I guess you guys screwed that up. I'll live with it. Bye for good. Enjoy your weekend and do not bother me anymore.
My only comment would be that the repair took 4 weeks to complete. Your efficiency could be improved.
on June 28 .8I filed a claim with nationwide insurance and the nationwide insurance agent told me to call the local branch of service pro. I called and made an appointment they told me to come at 2 PM that afternoon on the day of the accident. Upon arriving I introduced myself to the associate Gary and he said that there was no estimate needed that it had been approved already for nationwide. I asked him then why did they tell me to come up here and waste my time driving all the way to the location. Then I asked him to set an appointment As to when to bring the vehicle for repair he said the Monday July 10 would be acceptable do to the fact that there was a holiday on the fourth of the next week.. I asked him why so long even though the Fourth of July was the next week and they had four other days to work on the vehicle. He gave me no reply so I said I guess if that's the best that y'all can do I'll have to wait. later that afternoon I received a call from service pro ask me when I wanted to go make an estimate ? I told the lady on the phone what happened above and she said that they don't make appointments that the corporate office does and that's why she was calling me I told her about the man Gary it's sitting in an appointment up and she said that was ridiculous that I need it to set up for Monday, July 3 . they plan is to have the vehicle ready by July 14th . we didn't have a rental car we were using someone else's car and so this made it more cumbersome when it wasn't ready on the 14th as promised they said it would be Monday. Then they said it would be Tuesday. Then they said it would be Wednesday. At this point my wife called to the location and spoke with a guy named Jay I believe and told him that it was our primary vehicle for us and our four children and that it had been three days late and she needed the vehicle to be returned to her how much longer will it be done and they promised it would be done at the end of the day . my wife went to pick up the vehicle she brought it home I found these issues . she told me when she got home they told her that they did not buff out the vehicle. therefore on the side that was repaired was rough looking paint and overspray all over the other parts of the vehicle that we're not painted. also the parts that were painted had trash all in the paint big specs of what appears to be some kind of rocks or bubbles or something . and I noticed that the trim work that they put on did not match the trim work that I put on did not match the existing trim work on the other side . I want call me that they stated to her that it was no longer available and they put on the trimwork on the side they repaired but it would be too hard to pull off the trimwork on the other side and replace it so they just put the extra parts in the car . i'm not a autobody person and I'm not about to attempt to try to remove trim work I think they need to make for sure that it matches and if it doesn't match due to eight no longer existing items they need to do the other side to make sure that the vehicle looks exactly the same . this was also noticed in the head like the head like they put in number one does not have the halogen bulbs that the other one had. And it is brand-new and the old one on the other side still has halogen bulbs in it and is greatly discolored which makes the vehicle look totally ugly and miss matched . upon driving the vehicle to work this morning it broke down and they are apparently maybe some wires or something that's not connected because the computer was telling my wife to turn the vehicle off and turn off the vehicle immediately !!! so at this juncture we have paid our deductible and have a half job done not complete it not done as promised and as promised on the date that it was promised so you guys can get the vehicle longer than anticipated and still didn't get the work done and returned it to us in a condition that is not acceptable . my number is ****-****-xxxx I will be contacting my insurance agent as well . at this point I am expecting for you guys to furnish us with a full-size vehicle for my wife to drive until you make the repairs correct and they need to be done efficiently and quickly
We did find a place in the bumper that needs attention since it appears
To need buffing of a spot where dirt got into the paint
and the finish does not match the glassy finish of the
rest of the car.

I didn't actually intend to press "yes" but had issues with my phone. Oh well. Nothing major--There are a few small problems with the work but the employees are very accommodating and friendly so I don't anticipate issues handling it.
Gary was awesome. He got my truck in and repaired in no time and it looks great!
Only one small part that I have to go back for them to fix otherwise they did a good job in my truck.
