Gwen Crowder was my service advisor. She was great. The text updates were very helpful, but most of all her attitude was so professional and kind. What a personal touch she adds to everything.
Vehicle in shop 21 Oct - Dec 5th. Too long. Window registration and toll stickers lost with old windshield. Brought a scratch to reps attention. Was given a bottle of paint to touch up myself. This was a $19K repair. Gwen Crowder was always professional. The van looks good.

The repairs were delayed one day but at no fault of Service King. John R. was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend and use Service King whenever I have the need to.
It took over a month for repairs to be completed. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pick-up on Nov. **** multiple times. Staff knew I was from Waco and would need to drive for many hours to be able to pick up my vehicle and that my insurance had not covered a rental car. After making plans to be able to reach my vehicle on Nov. ****, I was informed on October 31 that my vehicle in fact was not ready for pick up because a necessary part had never been ordered let alone installed despite the evaluation of my vehicle having been completed several weeks prior. The failure of the service team to properly plan known needed repairs to my vehicle and to fail to inform me of a delay which only occurred due to a failure on their part less than 24 hours before I had been told I could pick up my vehicle made this situation more frustrating, life-impacting, and lengthy than need be.
The service was fine and my car was ready a day earlier than scheduled.
I have had John as my service technician or repair guy now for a second time and he has done an amazing job. And everyone that works there is always so nice and he explains everything he has done very thoroughly and it’s just a good guy! I appreciate service king so much and hopefully I don’t need to go back but I know if I ever do I will always be taken care of! They are the greatest! The service king by Texas Roadhouse I have never been disappointed just want to make sure they see this (:
