We were continuously lied to over and over by Matthew “Matt” about the timeframe of my truck being done after already having it for over 18 days! Then Matthew calls me on the 26 before noon saying my truck was done and getting painted and it was a “Thanksgiving Miracle”!! I was already going out of town that day for the holiday...5 days later I showed up Monday Dec 2nd at around 4:30pm to pick up my truck after turning in my rental car (which was on my dime the whole entire time by the way) my truck was NOT in fact ready! Matthew lied again! He said “oh the bed liner is getting put in tomorrow morning and the mirror—so next door to the car rental place I go to repay again thank god they hadn’t closed that account out yet! I have yet to be called by anyone from Service King in regards to my vehicle in now over 28 days and tons of lies and promises made that were broken—I had to call THEM EVERYTIME!! The following day after work I go to pick up my truck and they tell me it’s ready—upon inspection—my back bumper was placed back on crooked—my right mirror was still not fixed and they had no idea where the new replacement part was it was lost in the warehouse!! The manager explained to me that Matt has been having family issues with his grandma being ill—well $1000 later for a car rental-no phone calls made by them-lies-broken promises etc—I tell them to forget it! I will get the mirror replaced on my own—the manager did apologize but offered NO discount etc...after I said “don’t u think u should pay for part of my rental car since this is out of my pocket before Xmas and u all continued to go me the run around?” The Manager agreed to pay for 10 days of my rental—it’s better than a kick in the pants I guess. Never Again!
I had brought my company vehicle in before this vehicle and had a great experience so I decided to use you guys again for my personal vehicle. This time around I had the worst experience. There was no communication from the service associate regarding any updates like delays. I would call her and was told she would call me back and she never did. It took 2.5 weeks to fix my vehicle which is unbelievable. When I asked the service associate why would it taken 2.5 weeks to fix my vehicle her response was “my bad”. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The suv was not done when anticipated. One week became three. When I got the vehicle back, the passenger visor had been broken off and the radio no longer works. I’m waiting to take the vehicle back for these issues.
They were great. Matthew was very informative and polite. Everyone at Service King was always helpful, there updates kept me informed about my car.

Andy was great! He kept me updated in detail on the progress of my car at all times. I appreciated that because It eliminates the guessing on my progress. So far I am very pleased with my car.
