My car was involved in a minor accident that scratched up the passenger side of my car. They told me the job would take one day, and would just need a buffer. Apparently, it needed more, and so they said they would repair it. Then, I got a call that it was done. Finally, my car back. Before I went to pick up my car, I get another phone call. It turns out they repaired the wrong side, and still needed to repair the other one. Even though it shouldn’t have taken long, it was a week before they did it. I got my car back Tuesday. The passenger side looked wonderful, and seemed great. I drove home fine. At home, I looked in my trunk, and there part of the grill in my trunk. I looked at the front of my car, and I realized that they made a mess of the front of my car. The paint was scratched and messed up, there was a part of the grill missing, and the front looked a mess. After taking more than a week to finish my one day repair, your institution gave it to me like that. Overall, I am very disappointed in your institution. For someone named “ServiceKing,” your service is bad. Not only does your institution make mistakes, as seen with repairing the wrong side, but with the example of putting a piece of my grill in my trunk, you institution tries to dishonestly cover up your mistakes. I will never come here again. I hope my insurance company removes your institution from its list, and that no one else is victimized by your poor and dishonest service. This is my feedback.

I have had vehicles repaired here before and always had a good experience from drop off to pick up. In the past I was always informed of my vehicle’s progress. It was NOT the case this time around. First the repair took over 3 weeks to repair vs the 2 weeks that was advised. No called and told me of the delays, I had to initiate calling in to get the update of vehicle. When picked vehicle up, it was not complete ( damaged roof trim) and aside from the car being dirty on the exterior there was a white powdery dust all over dash seats and white finger/hand prints in the interior roof of car. I was asked to bring back to have trim installed and have interior cleaned. This was my daughter’s car and upon getting home she stated that $300 in cash was missing from a shoe box in her trunk . She recently graduated and she had various checks, cash and gift cards. The cash and some gift cards were taken. I immediately called Megan and talked to Ken(manager) and advised him of the theft. This particular shop’s repair team has zero integrity and will always be a major decision to seek another shop in the future.

My first experience with service king was fantastic which is why I wanted to use y’all again after my accident. This time around, it took 3 weeks for my back lift to be replaced which was not a huge issue, except for the fact that receiving updates from Megan throughout this process was near impossible. I did not receive any updates on my vehicle until I had to call and ask every singe day, sometimes multiple times a day, and more often than not I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. I work in customer service and I believe it should not be my responsibility as a client to initiate the phone calls for updates on my vehicle. Additionally, once I picked up my car, it was missing a decal on the back that I had asked multiple times to ensure that it would be placed back on my car. I doubt that I will be returning to service king any time soon.

The repair was half-****, there are dents in the paint job. My insurance would only pay for two hours of labor and Service King should have fought harder to get it fixed the right way. The paint job still looks like garbage.
