Some of the components that where reinstalled on my car are loose and or not back on the way they came into the shop. The paint and body work is alright, lots of paint defects on areas that where painted. I plan to bring my car in and have these parts fixed, since I paid entirely out of pocket for this service.

The staff told me that they would put a lien on my truck if I didn't pay them for work not done. They would not provide a receipt or a breakdown as to why they needed the money. The check from the insurance company was for an estimate of exterior repairs to be completed later. My co-pay is $200.00, why did they take more than $****,700.00?

The work they did seems to be good. I was upset about the time it to get my car back. You had my car for over 33 days and keeped telling us it would be ready for like 2 other times and it wasn't ready and the only way we got it today is because we got made and told you about it. The work is great. We are very happy with the car.
Took too long for just a tailgate, 2 weeks for tailgate no body damage too long. and the truck has factory spray in bed liner that was not replaced on the new tailgate. So now the tailgate is white and the rest of the bed is black.
My repairs were taking longer than expected, but the Service King team stayed late to finish my vehicle so I could have it for my vacation the next day. Thanks Service King!

Several items need to be addressed . Over sprays , hand buffer burns bad gif or wrong size or improper vent shade installation . Wax build up in crevices on hood . Hood alignment is off . Not happy with paint prep before painting . And a few other items need to be addressed .
They went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. I will recommend service king to anyone that needs collision repair. I give them a 10/10

Efficient, friendly, pleasant experience. Finished nearly a week ahead of 1st estimate. I thought the cost was reasonable.
I wasn't sure when my vehicle would be done. They would say one day and then it wasn't done that day. I had some confusing phone calls about the progress of my vehicle that I would have had no problem if I didn't receive them. I brought my antenna in the first day you had my vehicle and told you it needed to be fixed and that you would need to get authorization from the insurance adjuster and when I got the phone call that my vehicle was completed, you said you found it on the seat and asked if it needed to be fixed. An antenna held up completion for an entire week. Excellent body work, I am very satisfied with the results.
My Mercedes went to MB of San Antonio to align the Xenon headlights. While there the drivers side front rim and tire were both damaged. Then, I get home with the car and as soon as I drive into the garage, the headlights come on automatically and I get an error on the screen that there's something wrong with the front lights. This was to be resolved by MB of San Antonio. Not happy! These items "should" have been tested before giving to customer. Now, it will have to go back to be resolved. There's a piece of chrome exterior door trim that was also damaged during accident that wasn't addressed that will need to be ordered.

Four trips to three different Service King locations. First trip one hours one way. Car immediately visually not ready for pick up. Quality check could have prevented unnecessary trip. Staff nice and courteous, but repair was lacking. Three more trips to two additional locations to have additional repairs performed.

Communication the last 3 weeks could have been a lot better. Received conflicting info about the status of my car.
They told me the repair would take about a week and gave me a target date of 12-****. Then they changed the target date by another week to 12-7. They didn't make that date either. I didn't receive my car until 12-8 at the end of the day. In the meantime I incurred rental fees that increased my out of pocket expenses.

It took 12 days. We got texts saying the car was on schedule, even a text saying it was ready, and none of it was true. The insurance company had to be contacted for more money. Etc. we had made an appointment, parts should have been ordered BEFORE the car got there. Your texting department needs to talk to the actual workers. I would strongly recommend taking the word "service" out of your name. We will not use Setvice King again. In fact, my husband hit a deer, and we will be taking it elsewhere on Monday. I'm willing to place a bet for big money that his pickup will be ready sooner. Much sooner. "Service" king will not get our business, will not be recommended by us, and we let our insurance company know they should be taken OFF their preferred list.
Got a text message saying my truck was ready and when I called they told me the girl handling my ticket was out for the day. Just got this new message asking how business was with you all? Not good so far
