Took 6 weeks and we were told 3. Never given an end date when asked multiple times. No full understanding of all stages of process and what each meant. Had communication ... but nothing that gave real clarity on where we stood on the project and how much longer.
I had something come up that conflicted with my appointment time and when I called your office Tanya was nice enough to schedule me an hour earlier. I was still worried about the time so I went in a little early and sure enough Tanya was able to fit me in. I was waiting to call enterprise to pick me up till I knew for sure I was leaving my car but amazingly someone from enterprise was already on the way because it was set up earlier by y'all. The whole thing was so quick and easy that I could have kept my original appointment time and still made my other appointment. The whole time y'all had my vehicle Tanya kept me informed of what was happening and the car was done earlier then expected. From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely use you again. Thank you.

I was really suprised my car looked like new again and was suprised to see the inside cleaned. the time frame was perfect and with the uodates along the way. The only thing was inside the back yall forgot to clean ulout your mess. there was black plactis stuff and really dusty. But over all i was very happy.
Despite constantly being notified via text that my vehicle is ready apparently it is not. Called this morning to schedule a pickup and the receptionist told me she would get more details and call me back. She never did. I was notified that my car was ready Friday and now cannot get in until Monday due to business hours.

My only dissatisfaction with Service King was that the interior of my car was a little dirtier than when I dropped my car off. I had to use cleaner on the cup compartment and on what looked like dried water droplets on the interior windshield. I was very happy with the updates I received on the repair process.
Robert was great to work with. He kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. I needed to go up to Dallas for the weekend and he let me know by Thursday that the car was not going to be ready until Monday. That really helped with my planning. Thanks a lot!
Billy first reviewed my vehicles demaged. When I pointed to the areas demaged he told me "the insurance wont cover that." I became upset. When I picked up my car on 8/13/16, one area of my demaged car was not fixed. Billy delivered my vechical. When I pointed to the area demaged he said "he didn't fix that." He asked when could I drop it off. I told him I work long hours and dont know when I could drop it off. Billy begin to raise his voice and said, "where do you live and I can pick it up." I did not want to talk to Billy any longer and said I would need to get back to him. When I reviewed the paperwork, the area not repaired was billed to State Fram insurance company. I was alarmed at Billy's behavior. 1. To try and talk me out of having all areas of my demaged car repaired is alarming. 2. To be rude, raising tone, agressive and so dismissive. 3. To try and make me assume responsibility. 4. The non caring attitude. I pick Service King of all the auto body repair company choices is because I gave Service King near $2000 in business last year to repair my car at the 1st location. I was treated with respect and good work I decided to return to Service King.

My overall experience was great (and Frank at the North Lamar Blvd. location was amazing, going above and beyond)... BUT I noticed a weird noise coming from the back of my car after I picked it up. Upon further inspection when I got home, I discovered the noise was the broken parts/headlights from my car that had been placed loose in my trunk without my knowledge. Not a huge deal, but I wish they would have told me the remaining/damaged parts were in my trunk, thrown them away themselves, or at the very least secured them so they didn't roll around my trunk while I was driving home.

The person who gave me the car could have explained what they did - granted it was raining and a bit cold - also it was a no fault accident for me so I did not have to pay anything - had I had to pay I would have liked to know why was 200 dls added to the original estimate - that is almos 40% more. I would have not liked that had I had to pay.
There seems to be some damage to my left headlight that was not there when I dropped it off, as well as some sanding that wasn't sprayed on my drivers side door.

Warranty work requested on previous repair was not attempted at all.
A workman's full footprint(paint) was left inside on my Weather Tech trunk liner.
An interior "shield" was removed and not replaced, but just left loose on
the bed of my trunk. I don't know where it comes from and suppose the workmen did not know either.

When I initially dropped my car off the woman at the front desk was amazing. I had never been in a wreck and used a collision repair shop before, and she explained and guided me through the steps necessary. The estimate and photos were sent to the insurance company very fast, allowing the process to begin without delay. Robert contacted me at least every other day to give me updates and made sure to answer any and all questions that came up. I had a fantastic experience and the team made what could have been a stressful thing, very easy and manageable. The paint job was not acceptable. Very obvious on both sides of vehicle where new paint stopped and old paint starts. We left our vehicle there. The car has been at Service King since December 29th and was not ready until February 10th due to waiting on body parts.

Fender isn't aligned properly and there are two dents and some chipped paint where my step bars were replaced that was not even addressed. In addition, even though I had stated upon initial inspection each of these items, I had also explained I was hit very hard from the side and it likely messed up my suspension and alignment. Those comments were ignored until body work was done, then it couldn't be aligned, so my car had to be kept another 2 weeks waiting for parts to correct that. If only the initial inspection had been done properly and my comments documented, all these items would have been addressed and it would be a much more pleasant experience for me and probably more efficient and profitable for you. Now my car will have to be brought back to you, simply to correct items that are very obvious and were noted beforehand.

I am very disappointed about the condition I received my wife's car this evening. We left your yard and stopped for dinner right around the corner. After dinner, my wife started driving home and noticed the tire pressure light came on. Maybe from sitting in your shop for almost a month, small detail but should have been checked. The car doesn't seem to track correctly either which leads me to believe the alignment was not checked. (Mandatory after any frontal collision). While negotiating traffic, my wife attempted to accelerate and the car had no power and would not go over 30 mph. The check engine and the glow plug indicator lights came on and started flashing. She pulled over to have me check the car. When I walked up to it, the whole car smelled of antifreeze. This is probably from the radiator being damaged in the collision but I'm wondering why the antifreeze was not cleaned off but left all over my engine and electrical connections. (Antifreeze is very corrosive and Service King, as the repair facility is directly responsible for any issue due to this due to your negligence in addressing this). I looked the car over front to back and noticed there is a trim piece on the rear bumper that is missing, I don't know if it fell off during the collision or afterwards but this piece was there prior. I also noticed you failed to buff all the wax or polishing cream from the hood and body creases. I drove the car back to your shop as my wife refused to drive it and I kept looking at the steering wheel thinking something was different. Upon closer inspection, I noticed you guys installed the cheaper wheel that comes with the cloth interior as our had the leather wrapped steering wheel. This is not acceptable. You had told me this car would be and was brought to a VW dealership for a full engine diagnostic check and that nothing wrong was found. I find this very hard to believe and want to see the report that VW would have provided you. I dropped the car back at your shop (at 30 mph top speed) I kept the key as I will be speaking to my agent in the morning about this whole situation and will bring the key by afterwards to discuss this with you. Please have the VW service report ready at that time. I will be holding Service King responsible for any rental car charges over my policy limits due to the above issues.
I got my car door fixed at service king. When I drove off after picking up my car, I noticed the inside of my car full of dust, when I turned on my ac dust flew everywhere that my asthma started flaring up. I also noticed dirty handprints all over my driver side door.
It looks great and was a job done very well! The only issue I had is it was finished a couple minutes before closing but you told my insurance company that you were still able to finish it on time meaning that I have to pay for an extra day of a rental car but there is no way I could have gotten it the previous day.
