While we are satisfied with the repair itself, communication this repair time was a complete opposite of the last repair done on our vehicle just a month ago. This time I did not receive a single email or text regarding my vehicle. The only time I had communication with Service King was because I called asking for an update. I was told my vehicle was ready this morning but they wouldn't release the car because of a $78 balance with the insurance company. I called at 9:30 am, 2:30, & 5 pm was told they were still waiting. Got home, and my husband felt that was unacceptable so we went up there and paid the $78 so we could pick up our vehicle. We expect that will be reimbursed!

In spite of the delay in getting my vehicle back due to unforeseen circumstances (thugs stealing the tires and rims), we are very satisfied with the repair work and the timeframe we would have otherwise experienced.

Tony **** was very helpful throughout the entire process of my vehicle being serviced. When asked the timeline of when my vehicle would be ready, he was upfront and honest, indicating that it could be longer than I may anticipate but he assured me that the proper steps and precautions would be followed per ServiceKing’s standards. He updated me in a timely manner with important details pertaining to this process via phone and left voicemails with pertinent information if I was unable to answer. The level of professionalism he obtained was outstanding. He completely exceeded my expectations for a process I had never gone through before. I would highly consider using ServiceKing again for any of my car needs because of this young man. Please consider giving him a raise, as he has demonstrated a true understanding of what customer service should entail. Thank you.

I have used Service King collision at your location for more than 5 years. This time I was not please with the overall experience. These were my observations. ****. An appropriate QA was not performed on my vehicle. The passenger window was replaced and the window trim was twisted, exposed, and not properly trimmed. 2. The passenger door and handle contained compound residue that had not been buffed out. 3. The passenger seat had been removed to vacuum broken glass; however, when it was replaced it contained compound and grease. I wiped what I could and showed it to Jasmine. 4. The window tint is a shade lighter than existing tint. I am still waiting for the call from Jasmine informing me how long I have to wait before I can roll the windows down. I was not able to test if the window is going to come up and down accordingly due to the new tinted window. All these items are part of QA. Why were they not identified and taken care of? After I made Jasmine aware of these items she wanted me to go back inside and wait for them to get fixed. I was on my lunch break and I had a **** pm meeting. You don't call the customer and inform them that the car is ready when truly it is NOT. I work just like you and having a customer make multiple trips to you site is not acceptable. As I mentioned earlier, I have been coming to this location for several years. When you meet your adjustor and assess the damage, as part of their script, they always tell you things like …. oh we see a small ding, we will try to get that out since we are painting the door. However, SERVICE KING does nothing extra for loyal customers that return. If the insurance is not paying for it.... it does not get done. So, don't say anything to customers. Keep it honest and do the work that the insurance is going to pay! What do I need to do to get these items reviewed by upper management? Thank you.

Jasmine did a fabulous job of handling my repairs. She kept me updated throughout the repair process and she treated my claim as if it were her own. I am very pleased with Service King and Jasmine. I would recommend both to anyone I knew who need your services.
