I brought my van in for the original estimate on a Saturday because I was told that I did not need an appointment if I brought my van in that day. After receiving the estimate, I waited a couple of months until the time was right for me. Once the drop off time was agreed upon and I brought the van in for service, there was only one ” work change” involved in the repair. The necessary change was handled over the phone and the work was completed on time. The van was delivered to my residence upon completion and my credit card information was taken over the phone. I am a satisfied customer.
