My service advisor Pat was very kind and professional and has kept me informed. But due to a parts issue and maybe other circumstances, my vehicle was not ready on May 3rd as promised. I understand that everything does not go as planned. However, for about a week everyday I received updates that my car would be ready the next day. After waiting all day I received another update that it was not ready, or I had to call to check on the status. That’s very inconvenient and makes it difficult to accomplish anything else you need to do. It was not 8 days but 14 days.
