Scott was very helpful. Made everything very personal. Went over what they were going to do the process and time frame. When I called and had a question he was always very helpful and knowledgeable. Even up until the last day. Traffic was horrible and I was running close to 6pm and Scott was nice enough to explain he would wait till I got there and to not worry.
Out of a 5 star rating I would give Scott a 10
