The new interior parts aren't the exact matching color. The window doesn't have exact tint... bad door painted and the leather seat had been fixed and has stains I can tell in no done perfectly...

It took 21 days and you all damage the trunk lid witch u took 3 days to fix then there’s a lot of imperfections in the paint. Won’t be back.

Very good customer service from Johnathan and Joesph. Just poor promises on when my vehicle would be completed. I dropped it off on Tuesday evening and was told it should take 5 to 6 days to repair, which would have been the following Wednesday. Then it changed to Friday - then changed to Monday - then changed to Tuesday - then changed to about 2:00 on Wednesday. I arrived at 5:00 pm on Wednesday and had to wait 20 minutes for my vehicle to be ready for me to have. I told Joesph about the (2) two repair issues, when he gave me a follow up phone call. He said he’ll be to correct the issues on the their repair issues.

People are very friendly and try to be helpful but seem to be understaffed. I left with my license plate sitting on the floor and a check engine light on which has never happened since I owned the car. I didn’t mention it since there was only one person working the front and people were waiting. It took 2 weeks to do a fairly small repair costing me additional fee for rent car tax.
