First I arrvive to find that the **** had not replaced the front bumper that was included in the estimated then my truck batteries was dead and needed a jump. But the paint job and color is The worse paint I ever seen its obvious they take no pride in there work. And they was about 1500 over the estate and used parts

I did not have my vehicle repaired. I was dissatisfied with the service repair person who did not provide me timely feedback. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday. The following Tuesday I called and he said he was just about to call me. That's the single biggest lie repair people say. He said there was additional damage and would have an new estimate to me in an hour. 3 hours passed, I called again. One more hour I was told. Another two hours pass. I decided to take my business elsewhere after a week without my truck and no work being done.

On my way home I was stop by the police my front license plate was missing also stop too put gas in my tank where the gas cap goes was not attached to the body.

The only complaint I have is that I had to return the next day to the shop because there were a couple of items missing from inside my car. This was a big inconvenience and has happened before. Please talk to your staff about this.

Jason was absolutely incredible. He met us at ServiceKing after they had closed on Saturday because our flight didn't get in until 5 so that we could have a car and not have to rent one. Wonderful service!!
