The work on my car looks great. The customer service was horrible. When I dropped off my car the Caucasian women who took my keys looked completely clueless when I was speaking to her as if I were talking another language. I forgot something in my trunk so I came back an hour later and my car was still parked in front. When I came in to give her my keys she gave me a look. Now when I came to pick up my car I signed in went to sit down and was waiting 15 mins. I was never helped so i took it upon my self to call and as for the person who was handling my case and was told he was on lunch. So I told the man i was speaking to that i was called 3 times to come pick up my car so I figured I’d be helped already. He asked if i was in the lobby and i told him yes I am and I’ve not been helped and I’ve been here 15 mins. He came out and found me and brought me my car. Also while i was waiting to be helped another women came in and was standing at the desk for i would say 8 mins and was not acknowledged. She was hispanic like i was. Some man came out from the back and asked her a few questions. After she was helped by someone in the back not by the lady at the desk. A Caucasian lady came in and the lady at the desk automatically helped her. Also my car was not finished the day i was told it would be.

I was told my car would be ready on Friday the 18th. I received daily updates via text messages up to Thursday. Then no updates until Wednesday saying my car was ready. I understand that delays happen. I just wanted to be informed. The car looks great! And other than that I’m happy with the work they did.
