We were originally told that our car would be done in two weeks; that changed to it would be done a week early but then everyday something “went wrong” and the pick up day was pushed to the next day, “2 days at the latest” this went on for the entire second week. When the project was “on track” we were updated daily but when they started to find problems communication stopped unless my husband or myself called for an update. We did not have a rental car and were sharing a car during this experience and it is very hard to plan for daily activities when you can not get a straight answer as to when your car will be done. We have two children and hearing that our car would be done early only for that to change daily made it extremely hard to plan for their activities. I would have been fine if the completion date had stayed at two weeks out, which is what it ended up being, but the fact that we were told that it would be done sooner made the whole experience a sour one for me. I also had several issues with leaving messages and never getting call backs. It seemed that as soon as they realized that I was not happy with the changing date they went radio silent and during the times where I would call back because my message was never answered I felt like I was being avoided. I went into this calm and understating but then set back after set back occurred and with the lack of voluntary communication I feel like anyone would have lost their cool way worse than I did. It should have been a sign that when my husband dropped off the car there was another man at the counter demanding to know when his car would be done. We brushed it off as someone just being impatient but now I know he was probably at his wits end with this site. I hope to never need body work done again but if I do I can with all certainty say that I will not take my service to any Service King again.

This was by far the best service repair experience I have ever had. Truly. Brad was an awesome service advisor: friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. He explained everything from beginning to end. I didn’t have to call and check on my car because Ryan was proactive and kept me updated. I really can’t express how exceptional he is. Ashley at the front desk was friendly and helpful - a great representative for your company. She made sure I understood my paperwork, then took care of my rental car so I didn’t have to. Mike brought my car to the front door and it looked PERFECT. I couldn’t tell there had ever been any damage at all. Mike asked if I had any more questions, then opened the door to my freshly vaccinated car. Outstanding service. I’ll be back to Service King and I will recommend it to others. We totally happy with Service King team! We liked getting texts giving us updated on what stage our Jeep was in. The phone calls we received on any issues. Jordan was our contact person and we couldn't have been more pleased with him. Jordan called us with issues and he helped resolve an issue with our insurance. Jordan resolved an issue, when our check engine came on. A rebooting, solved the problem. We are completely satisfied with the work on our Jeep and will recommend Service King.

The whole process was very concerning. From drop off to pick up, I will never use service king again... After all it was said and done my car left with new dings and paint chips and a big blue scratch. I'm hoping another shop will fix their mistake. The lifetime warranty is worthless, I won't go back.
First off my car was promised to be done on January 26th and it was not finished until February 2nd. With that the wrong emblem was used on the front of my car as well. Also the staff made a big deal about putting new tires on the car which are not the same as the ones that were originally on there nor do they match the ones on the back of the car. The attention to deal with this shop is non existence and nor will I ever use them again going forward.
Told car was ready & was NOT. Had not been quality control inspected.

The repair was completed sooner than estimated time, the team is very nice to me very polite. And the repair looks great can't even tell it was replaced
