I brought my car in on October 22 and finally had it finished and picked up on December 7th.My car damage would be considered a "small job" and I can understand 2-3 weeks to complete, but 48 days, almost 7 weeks I thinks is unacceptable.2 techs on trips for a few days at different times, a machine breaking down, and then the explanation of bigger jobs in front of me and some smaller jobs. I understand this shop had 100 cars in its shop and work was behind. My comments were, I hope your quality is better than your service

When there was a problem with our car when we picked it up, Patrick went above and beyond to get the problem taken care of and made sure we were quickly back in our car. We were very happy with his communication and the job that he did overall!

Took 9 days for a simple bumper repair and repaint. Thank goodness no more was damaged or we would be in over 2 weeks. I am not 100% satisfied with the paint job on the bumper either. On closer inspection when I got home I found some paint runs and some bubbles on the edges. It appears that the bumper was placed on the car and then painted as opposed to painted then attached. I can see the black bumper from both side ends. The car is a Jaguar, I am used to perfection.
Patrick Fisher was my point of contact. He was exceptionally responsive to my inquiries. There was a delay in repairing my vehicle (caused by my insurance company, not Service King), and Patrick kept me advised and stayed contact with me during that time. I am highly satisfied with his customer service and professionalism. The repair on my vehicle was excellent as well.
