My service advisor was Terry Schea and he was extremely customer service friendly and very professional. I would recommend him if someone has to come to Service King as their service advisor. I was very pleased with the updates the text messages and the phone calls he’s a great guy. The Service King staff were all so well informed and very friendly I have no problems with Service King and I will absolutely return if ever the need arises. Great job Terry!

I have taken my car 5 times and still not fixed right . I have missed time off work because of their hours and they don't do repair on Saturday. I am taking my car back again today. If I have to leave my car, I will need rent car, which I shouldn't have to pay
