Edward Addicks and Derrick Maynard were amazing. They were friendly very informative and professional. Service King is fortunate to have such employees. They went out of there way and stayed late to help myself and two others so we could be accommodated. Great job guys

I was told I would be called with a repair estimate - instead, work began without my knowledge. I only found out because of an auto-generated text. I believe this is because I was adamant about my bumper being replaced, and the rep knew it would be repaired instead of replaced. Then, after several text messages telling me the car would be ready on June 12, I received a phone call at 3 pm June 10 telling me my car was ready, at which time the rep implied I needed to come that day or my rental might be an issue (I had received a text message saying the 12th that morning at 9 am). So I came, and the repair was not satisfactory. So they asked me to come back at 5 pm, which I did, and it was not ready again. So I came back at 6 pm and took the car. When I got home, I realized the bumper is not bolted down correctly. I am frustrated with both the quality of service and the quality of the repair. Please call me atxxx-****-xxxx. Thank you.
