We always take our cars to y'all. This last time we took them somewhere else and they messed everything up so I requested for y'all to fix it. Peter and the team at service King did a Fantastic job. They were very thurogh and payed attention to detail. They keep you in the loop through the repairs that are taking place!!! I would never go to another collision shop even if they paid me to do so.

The vehicle was returned with a gear in the steering wheel needing to be replaced.
Cosmetically the repairs were made, but the vehicle was not fully inspected to insure nothing else was wrong. When I drove the vehicle for the first time after receiving it, I immediately knew something was wrong with the steering. The steering wheel had a lot of play while driving. I find it embarrassing for Service King, to return the vehicle with this issue.
I tried calling upon receiving the vehicle, but the phone system was down. I was told by my rep (Peter) that he would call in the morning. However, I didn't receive a phone call until a couple days later.
Since the service was not fully completed at Service King, I went ahead and took the vehicle to my local dealership. There they confirmed the steering gear needed to be replaced.
My head light was not fix or replace with a new one, I also thinks it was a rushing to fix my car, I'm missing my license plate frame in front. I'm not a happy customer I will be getting in contact with my insurance, and management from Service King
Had to bring truck back because there is noticeable space between rubber pad and chrome on bumper. Now I will have to bring my truck in again and do to my work schedule, I'm not sure when I will be able to di so.

Over all I am quite happy! Alex C. did an amazing job. I noticed that there were two new scratches/dings by the driver side unlock buttons on the interior of the car. Not a big deal, but annoying.

This place is the worst!! This is the second time the Hemi emblem was not placed on the vehicle. In addition, customer service is non-existent. I will be going to another collision repair place in the future. Also, nobody was able to tell me if the reair lights are working.

They always do a great job
I worked with Cory. Very nice guy. Was polite when we talked. Communications about my car were few. Seemed like I was the one calling Service Zking to check on the car. It appears Cory has no control over the project management of the work performed or the quality of work performed. My car was almost 4 weeks past due. I tried to pick it up 3 times, but there was always something wrong. It was very clear to me that there is no quality inspection taking place before delivery. My car had overspray, was not cleaned out thoroughly, misapplied parts, wrong part, clips not applied correctly, etc. At the very beginning the lady at the desk asked me to sign paperwork when I first came in on day one. I did not sign it right away because one of the sentences says, (paraphrasing) 'that the customer and service King rep have gone over the car and discussed the damage. I indicated that I just got there and had not discussed the damage with anyone so I was not signing the paperwork. The lady behind the desk got an attitude. After looking at the car I signed the paperwork. On a positive note I did like the fact that service king agreed to pay for the rental beyond the 30 days I had with my insurance. Thank you for this. It did provide a vehicle for me.

I felt that accurate information about when my car would be ready was not communicated to me, although I received several texts. When I mentioned this to the representative I felt like he just blew me off. Also, this same representative was not available when I picked up my car. Other.s helped me and took my money. Later I received a call from the representative asking me for the payment I already made. I think it would have been a better business practice to check with those that helped the customer before calling the customer. However, I am satisfied with the repairs done to my car.

The repairs were not completed by the time that that was initially quoted. It took almost a month for repairs to be completed. At one point I was told that you were waiting on my insurance company to respond to your request to approve additional expenses but when I contacted my adjuster she had not been contacted by your company. In addition, my insurance company has an office onsite, so I am sure that i was lied to but I dont understand why. Upon inspection if my vehicle during pickup I found that my roof rack was missing, my visors were hanging, and the interior roof was completely filthy and stained with black hand prints and marks. When the vehicle was dropped off there were no marks on the interior roof as it had been recently detailed. I am completely disappointed with my experience and could not in good conscience recommend your service to anyone.

U did a wonderful job but I do have to say that two lug nuts were not put back on my back tire. They were in the cup holder of my car. That's why I had to say I was not completely satisfied.

I told them the issues I would find when they were done. When I picked it up every issue I told them I would find was an issue. But since I have a demanding job I can't keep leaving work to give them more time to fix it so I had to accept it in a worse condition than I should have to. Not the first time they have done that to a vehicle they worked on for me.
I will be bringing the vehicle back, as the paint job was not completed on the rear bumper. There is a large paint run on one side and a section on the other side that was just primed and not painted.
The gentleman that helped me was very nice. I accidentally reserved at the wrong location and he worked very hard and went above and beyond to get my car intake done and repair completed.
My car was at this service king for over a month. They kept me very informed on what was happening with my car. But I wish I would have gotten NY car sooner.
