Had an issue with my tire sensor pressure monitor after my body repair....car came back to me with it broken. My service advisor, Alex Rivera arranged to have at repaired at discount tire....complex yesterday and service king picked up repair cost... wow! Great service!!! Alex, my service technician, went out of his way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He polished the existing headlight (to match the new one), made sure the car was washed, and he scrubbed off a spot I noticed on the finish when I picked my car up. Also, the piece on the under carriage had been “clipped” back on. This was not part of the car I had repaired.

I am very impressed with the service provided at this Service King. They were prepared for my appointment, walked me over to the rental company and started quickly.
Updates came throughout the week and my car was finished early. The completed work is fantastic! Not a single dent left. My car was shining and clean when I arrived to pick it up.
