Ingrid was very helpful. The initial repair was not right and Ingrid took the truck back and had the tech fix it. The fix took about 10 minutes.
This seems to be a failure of both the initial repair and the QC process of the initial repair.

I had a 10% off of a meals purchase key tag in my left-most console of my car and see someone at SK took it upon themselves to trash it on me. Not happy at all over even that. I feel violated and have a 110% right to feel that way!
