Communication is a key factor to customer service. The text option is nice, but I like knowing what goes on every step of the way. The fact that I only got called towards the end when things weren't coming in right or we were waiting on the completion of some parts was unsatisfactory customer service in my opinion. My car looks beautiful and I have no qualms with the service received as far as looks looks and repair go, but if appreciate updates every one to two days as to what is going on.
