Carstar was unable to alleviate a rattle created by the crash. Carstar has agreed to provide a rental car and authorize Toyota to amend problem and secure cost of repair. Other than this, all Carstar employees were pleasant, informed and helpful. The truck looks perfectly new where damage was sustained. When the new rattle is repaired I will be 100% satisfied with my experience and will be happy to recommend Carstar in writing and to friends. Save the rattle, my experience with Carstar has been first rate.

Now that the car has been,"repaired". There is a rattle or squeeking noise coming from either the left rear c-pillar or the headliner, in the area of the repair. That rattling or squeaking noise is...if I had to guess, is because the parts do not fit together properly, because of subpar after market parts, in an effort by the insurance to cut cost.

after waiting on the car to be fixed for over a month me and my 70 year old stroke victim dad showed up to pick it up. We had to wait an hour for you all to tell us you'd lost the key and then was cussed at when we asked about it, not to mention the representative getting confrontational and getting in my face and threatening to keep the car over the weekend. the car was also dirty. it was a complete hassle, and unnecessary.
