I was texted on ****/31 that my car would be nearing completion but on 2/2 I was told by shop that it was still awaiting approval from insurance company. Car was finally finished on 2/6. "Nearing completion" text was sent way too soon.

It would be good to completely inform the customer of everything going on during the repair. I was not made aware of decisions made about the extra repair work between Farmer's and Carstar until after the repairs were done.
