The final repair is great. No problem there. My only concern was the lack of communication. At first, I was told that the repair would take two or three days. After four or five days, I called for an update and my representative was busy and would call me back. No call back. I called again a day or two later, and got my rep who told me the insurance company estimate was wrong and more time was needed. I had to call to find that out. I know my rep was busy with lots of customers, but I only had one rep. After two weeks of mostly me calling for updates, the car was done. My suggestion is: RETURN PHONE CALLS THE SAME DAY. Even if it is late, make the call.
