SH Fender Shop in my opinion are simply the best in the business. My family and I could not be more happy or satisfied by the way they treated us the entire time and how our vehicle came out at the end. Especially Mr. Frank German. He is a true professional, gentleman and when above and beyond in order to assist us.

Customer service, cause they really helped me. I had no clue what to do. They just said dont worry we'll take care of you and explained whats going to be happening, since I've never been in an accident before. The quality of work done, it made my car look like brand new again since I just got my car couple months before this accident happened.

Greeted with a smile and all staff were friendly and easy to work with. Was told my service would take 30 days and I was a bit surprised. Worker said they take their time and do a good job and don’t like to rush their work. He stated he wants to be sure a good job is done. However received my car 5 days later and work was excellent. Very happy with service and already recommended a friend to shop.

Excellent job for the repairs to the back bumper. Job was done quickly. Top notch paint job. Francisco (estimator) was efficient & knowledgeable. He gave pro & cons about other damage. Only negative was long wait to get car in for repair. Good for repair shop, bad for customer. Would recommend to others for repairs.

Friendly service. Everything was explained full. It was a BIG plus when SH Fender washed my car before returning it to me. The last body shop (Olympia Autobody) returned my car dirty.

one tiny gap has appeared where the right bumper fascia meets the headlight unit so the corner of the bumper is protruding a quarter of an inch

I was most definitely excited when I was able to get my car back. Seeing the repairs and the work gone into made me a very happy customer! I received my car back and it was also very clean both inside and out!
