My truck look brand new when I got it back even though all that was done was roof replacement and paint, new back glass in front glass and a new tailgate. The apps and email that provided me updates throughout the process was great. Wayne was available to answer questions whenever I called and his staff provided gr at customer care. Wayne did my final walk through. He found a few spots during the walk through that he wasn’t happy with, which I didn’t even notice. He immediately took the truck back and had everything done to his standard which was above mine. I am a car person and have high expectations. Wayne and his team met and exceeded my expectations.

Everything looks great and so far so good; we were told to check out the serviceability of the van due to the repairs and replacements to make sure they were in working order and we’d get a follow-up call on Monday to check; my husband took it for the weekend with some of the kids and noticed the front right door latch was sticking so that may need looking into. JHCC has always returned our vehicle in great shape and I appreciate their commitment to excellent service!
