Overall I'll give you an A. Compared to our previous experience with our Honda CRV eight or nine years ago this was much much better. When we picked the car up the paint and body work was virtually flawless the only complaint I had was with the engine compartment. The engine compartment was not detailed at all when I opened the hood it looked like somebody had dumped Bondi dust down in there all they had to do is hose it off and it would've been OK. The other glitch was with whoever installed the airbox failed to secure one of the clamps it was spinning loosely and I had to tighten that down . But overall although we were told to expect it to be ready two or three times and it wasn't ready due to some redos when we finally did pick the car up it was a very decent job overall.
