Not very transparent with regards to communicating delays and repairs on the vehicle. Text messages are very vague. Felt out of the loop for the entire time vehicle was being repaired. Was adamantly advised not to come to shop to pick up vehicle regardless of what the text states (what is the purpose of updated texts if they are incorrect?) did not feel comfortable calling to obtain an update at that point. No walk over was done to explain the repairs or why I now have two different side mirrors. Very dissatisfied with this repair experience. I do not wish to be contacted.
Randy Watkins and your staff were incredibly kind and helpful to us. And our Lexus came back to us in mint condition. You’d never know the front of the car was involved in a crash. It drives better now than it did before we brought it in. Thank you so much!

Outstanding job on the repairs and exceptionally customer service.
It took very long keep on moving the estimated completion date. While ready for delivery noticed many scratches on the car that they had to take 2 more days to fix it. After delivery noticed handle for rear door close is missing prompting another visit to the shop.
Looks good and on time. Geico took almost 2 months to process claim process claim however, very poor.

Communication issues !! Too much of repetitive but non informative texts and then after pointing out other small spots and implying those would be repaired they were left in place and there was a new dent on the hood that had not been there.
The repairs are not where I have the issue. Everything was done correctly and the mechanics who worked on my vehicle were great! The representative in charge of marking my damage and keeping me updated on the progress was by far one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready, I was surprised with almost $100 more in repair cost than initially informed and agreed upon. When the woman making the phone call was confronted she shrugged it off by saying “it’s not her problem and I needed to take it up with Gieco”. When I arrived to actually pick up my vehicle, she would not come out of the back room to discuss matters but rather waited until she thought I was gone to appear. At this point she had more of an attitude than she did on the phone and just an overall rude demeanor. With the exception of the receptionist, the rental car representative, and the mechanics, the whole experience was horrible.
