I sent a text to Vince earlier this evening explaining my frustration with this process.
I understand why parts delays or failures can delay things.
I was told initial completion 2/18 so I clear my calendar for 2/19 am. I work with clients by the hour so I clear 2 hours. Completion gets delayed until 2/20 so I clear 2/21 am for **** ****/2 hours. Again delayed until end of the day (parts delivery), I rush to gas station and to ****'s after my last client (5:30).
I got there about 5:55 and upon inspection of the vehicle the left front was not fixed. Not even touched. I know that Vince took pictures of that area upon initial inspection.
Now I am clearing next Wednesday morning 2/26 for a pick up time. This will make 21 days in service and the initial appraisal was back on December12,2013. I believe that is plenty of time to get things together for the repairs.
I had some work done at Goth's in Pewaukee and it took time for them to complete the work, but they had no prep time for their work. The job was fantastic. My car was completed without any issues AND it was spotless inside and out.
The amount of time I have spent clearing schedules and the extreme disappointment of seeing the work wasn't completed is very upsetting. I am paying over 2300.00 out of my pocket because someone hit my car without insurance (2 deductibles) and that alone is very frustrating. I hope that you can understand that this experience is much less than satisfactory. Every time I clear an hour off my work load costs and my family 50.00.
On the positive side, I do believe the quality of your work will be good. I just haven't seen it yet.
