The repair work was great! Just a little disappointed that considering the overall cost, regardless of the fact insurance paid, my car wasn't completely cleaned/waxed. Only the side that the damages were fixed was.

Dropped my car off after a collision and was able to drive off in a rental in minutes and two days later the car was ready for pick up. The interior of the car was dusty. That is not the condition it was dropped off. The stereo was on a high volume. When I dropped it off it was on a low volume almost silent. That tells me that someone messed with it while under repair and I do not appreciate that.

My car was ready a day later than estimated. My suggestion is to estimate a day later than expected on the text updates and then if it's ready the day eariler, people would be wowed rather than disappointed to have to wait the extra day.
