D’s Made repairs to my Jeep, my Jeep was not washed or clean. They replaced windows that still have hand prints all over them. I was not pleased or impressed with the condition of my Jeep upon picking it up.
Very professional and friendly service. Detailed explanations. All questions answered without hesitation. Very good at keeping me informed. Every person I interacted with was very pleasant. You trust these men and women with your repairs.
Not all the work was completed when I arrived to pick up the car. Which was after a text and it gone call saying work was completed

The repairs look great. The only issue I noticed was a paint run down the esge od the bumper near the rear drivera quarter panel.
The body work looked great,but I was told the car would be clean when I picked it up,and it was covered with white powder and handprints inside and out.Appreciate the quick service-thanks.

The car was very dusty on the inside. You could write your name in the the dust. It was everywhere. I took a picture. It took both Rod and myself 40 minutes to clean the inside. Our rags were filthy when finished.

Always pleased with quality of workmanship. Was told interior would be detailed and that was not done which is not a big deal. I am highly satisfied with the work done on the bumper.
My experience was faster, cheaper, and looks terrific.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Texting updates on the progress was really great so I didn’t have to call and see what was going. The vehicle got fixed faster than I thought it would get done. The whole process was simple and easy. I would definitely go back and recommend D’s to anyone needing to have work done. Thanks for making this process uncomplicated.
I have already provided my detailed verbal feedback when picking up my car. It was very stressful few days when my car was being repaired as there were no updates and constant delivery misses and I had to call every evening to find out if the car was ready for pick up or not. Very UNHAPPY & FRUSTRATED with the quality of repairs,paint job and overall customer service experience and communication was a joke so forget about it.
Body part was not installed properly. Reached out to Geico person “Philip Martin” as Eric sip her was not available. Philip asked me to drop off my car at d’s body shop saying no appointment needed. I reached out to d’s body shop person to know their availability and explained them regarding repairing status. He said that he will call back to me but haven’t received any call and yesterday I tried to reach d’s paint & body shop person 4 times(****-****-xxxx) but the call redirected to voicemail.
I appreciated the courtesy from everyone at D’s and the Geico rep, Eric.
Everyone was very professional and interested in keeping me informed of the repair process.
Hopefully I’ll never need another repair to my car, but if I do, I’ll go with D’s again. Thumbs up to their crew!
