The only problem I experienced was that I felt the receptionist was not customer friendly. We can all have an off day but there were never any smiles, and her low energy on the phone and face to face made me feel like I was a bother. I started to give a rating of eight, but I didn't want one person to reflect the otherwise good experience I had.

Delivery date not made and communication of status poorly handled. Twice, return phone calls not made leaving me not knowing when truck would be ready. Customer service really lacks. Quality of work was excellent.

My car wreck turned a **** inch crack in my windshield to a massive 2 ****/2 ft lightening bolt and they didn't notice or bother? And I don't want to even take it back because they had my car for over a month for a small front end collision.
