CarStar Don's Auto Body Shop provided excellent repair service and customer service, kept me updated every couple days. My car appears as if it was never damaged. The hood replaced so smoothly, pulled the lever, hood popped up so quietly, no ****, I thought it didn't work. There were delays due to upgraded parts but I've discovered, it was great timing on picking this car up so those delays were beneficial to me due to unforseen circumstances. I'm completely satisfied! Josh was excellent!

You kept it a week longer than expected. If you didon't not have all the parts on the scheduled drop off date you should have postponed it instead of keeping my car longer.

My car was in the shop from I believe 12/9 to ****/17. The delays were not due to parts being ordered, but oversight of items that needed to be repaired. Also, overpromising the date of completion was not helpful. I many times had to call the insurance and be the go between or it would have taken even longer. The staff that I spoke with were always very kind but something is missing in the process that made this go on for so long.

All of the work done.was excellent. But as I pointed out earlier, there was a suggestion Ray h on th passenger-side door, just below the outside rear view mirror that was not there when I left it for the repair work to be done. I was advised to buy and use a polish to remove the scratch with a scary warning that I could.ruin the paint if I rubbed too hard. I haven't done anything yet because that warning has hindered me from.taking on the task.

Well. On the paint job. It was ok. Was initially we were told that the paint would be feathered then later I was told I was told that was an additional few , but the truck was already painted. You can tell the difference but it is close. There were some items taken from the truck. Either way dons or at the alignment at the shop. I should have removed all items from the truck. I didn't thing of this and thought it wouldn't be a problem. I'm fault. The work was
